Dr. Amanda Scipho is a Missouri native, having graduated from the Fort Zumwalt School district followed by Truman State University and then Logan University. Dr. Amanda earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Truman, and her Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Human Performance and Doctor of Chiropractic Degree both from Logan. While a student at Logan, she had the opportunity to extern at Scott Air Force Base and gain unique clinical experience and hands on practice. She also had the opportunity to study acupuncture and passed the NBCE Acupuncture board, in addition to all four parts of the Chiropractic board and Physiotherapy board. She is licensed to practice chiropractic and certified to practice acupuncture in the state of Missouri. She has been practicing since graduating in 2017.

Dr. Amanda operates Ananda Chiropractic and Acupuncture LLC. She is also an employee of The Health Catalyst, Inc., a 501(c)(3) Wellness Charity supporting our First Responders, Military and lower income individuals through high quality, reduced cost chiropractic, acupuncture and holistic wellness care. As the wife of a Firefighter Paramedic and the daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and cousin of both active and veteran Military Servicemembers, she has a soft spot for caring for our First Responders and Military members.

Dr. Amanda offers chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture treatment, cupping therapy, gua sha/muscle release techniques and kinesiotape by appointment only. As a mother herself, she is also trained to care for children and pregnant women. She accepts payment via debit, credit or FSA/HSA at time of service for both Ananda Chiropractic and The Health Catalyst. Insurance is not accepted. Dr. Amanda accepts patients under the age of 65.
