I am Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist. There are ups and downs in life. There are times when it is smooth sailing and times when the waters can get pretty rough. It is OK to not know exactly how to navigate those waters or to feel “lost at sea”. If we can give ourselves permission to not know, to have doubts about our life, to struggle, and to ask for help, we can begin to take back control. I am committed to objectively partnering with you on your journey in finding clarity, resolution, and healing. I provide a safe space where you can put some of your time, energy, and focus back into yourself so you can rebalance and sort out your feelings to navigate through the rough spots. I utilize an integrated approach and incorporate mindfulness based techniques, internal family systems theory, as well as transpersonal psychology in my work.
