Graduate Counseling Intern
Life can bring about many hardships including relationships, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and more. Counseling is a way to explore these hardships with an unbiased, third party in order to personally grow. During our journey together, my ultimate goal would be to create a therapeutic alliance that allows you to feel vulnerable, yet safe enough to share your deepest thoughts and feelings with me. I look forward to working with you!

Divorce. Failed relationships. Balancing life. Negative internal thoughts. Questioning life. Everyone has encountered some type of hurt or pain in their past, including myself. Learning to move forward can be very difficult and “getting over it” can seem impossible. My goal is to create a safe and judgmental free space that will produce growth and healing. I am offering individual, family, and couples counseling.
