CCCA offers rental opportunities for full or part-time wellness practitioners in the greater STL area. Our newly renovated suites provide you with the opportunity to run your independent private practice business alongside other professionals, eliminating the isolation and loneliness that can often accompany such an endeavor.  Whether you are in full-time practice or see clients on the side, we have something that will meet your needs.


Unfurnished offices within our newly renovated suites are priced monthly, starting at $360/month. Monthly offices can be rented solo or shared with one other professional. CCCA also extends free admission to our Second Saturday Seminars for all our renters.



Our tastefully decorated, furnished offices can be rented by the hour on an as-needed basis, with no caps or maximums. Hourly renters value the flexibility our booking calendar provides – enabling them to book and cancel their own reservations.


Both monthly and hourly renters enjoy many perks of sharing office space including shared waiting areas, 24/7 building access, free WiFi, beverage service for clients & clinicians, use of a shared conference room and access to the building Grab & Go cafe.
