CURRENTLY TAKING NEW CLIENTS
I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and care. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and respected—one where they can explore their experiences openly and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
I counsel individuals and couples of all populations and ages experiencing, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, mood disorders, stress, low self-esteem, grief (including the death of a loved one), trauma, chronic illness, perimenopause and menopause, men’s issues and life transitions. I also counsel clients navigating substance-related addictions, family crises, co-parenting, premarital counseling, marriage and relationship concerns, relationship sex counseling, and career counseling.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, empathetic, and open-minded. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process, and I aim to create an environment that feels supportive and empowering—where clients can gain insight, build coping skills, and reconnect with their strengths.
I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. My goal is to develop a therapeutic style that is holistic, transparent, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Whether someone is working through a difficult experience, looking to shift unhelpful patterns, strengthen relationships, or practice greater self-compassion, I strive to meet them where they are.
I am completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lindenwood University and work under the supervision of licensed clinicians, allowing for thoughtful collaboration and supportive guidance throughout the therapeutic process.
If you’re considering therapy and wondering whether we might be a good fit, I would welcome the opportunity to connect and explore working together.
