NOW TAKING NEW CLIENTS

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where I am pursuing my master’s degree with a concentration in trauma recovery and neuropsychology. My clinical approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am passionate about creating a culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic space where clients of all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and empowered. My professional focus includes working with individuals navigating PTSD, OCD, ADHD, mood and personality disorders, and the long-term impacts of trauma. I have a special interest in supporting women healing from abusive relationships, as well as those working to break intergenerational patterns and reclaim their personal autonomy.

With a background in psychology, behavioral finance, and advocacy, I bring a holistic lens to therapy—honoring the emotional, neurological, and social factors that influence mental health. I view counseling as a collaborative journey rooted in safety, trust, and self-discovery.

Outside of session, I am a writer, speaker, and aspiring researcher. I’m also training my dog as a psychiatric service animal to support my work and personal healing journey.
