CURRENTLY TAKING NEW CLIENTS

Hi, my name is Lily, and I am a Master of Social Work (MSW) student at Washington University in St. Louis. My practice is centered around the idea that you are worthy, exactly as you are. I specialize in working with clients around relationships, sexuality, and gender. My approach is open-minded, trauma-informed, and affirming of all identities.

I work with clients looking to explore their relationship dynamics, whether they be within family, friendship, or romance. Some topics we might discuss are breakups, infidelity, healthy communication, conflict, body image, anger, desire, or exploring sexuality. My aim is to provide honest support, working with you towards empowerment, accountability, and self-acceptance. I will ask questions that challenge you, to get to know you better in the context of your relationships. The people we love and choose to spend time around have a tremendous impact on our wellbeing. Finding agency in our relationships and honing the tools to craft them into what we need them to be are essential practices of self-care. We will think through these techniques in ways that feel most applicable to you.

My clinical background is around supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, family conflict, grief, major transition, emotional dysregulation, and bipolar disorder. Together we will set out to identify the structures and people you need in your life in order to be the most thriving version of yourself. We will work together to support your mental health holistically, practically, and above all, in ways that make sense for you.

There is zero judgment when you come into my office. You matter, and I won’t let you forget it.
