CURRENTLY TAKING NEW CLIENTS

Are you ready to build a life that feels meaningful and worth waking up for? I work alongside clients to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their thoughts, gain insight, and take steps toward positive change.

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to counseling, tailoring sessions to each person’s unique needs. My work draws from a variety of therapeutic perspectives and emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and respect. I have experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity and self-esteem concerns, serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and major life transitions.

I have worked in a range of clinical settings, including acute psychiatric care, rehabilitation programs, and institutional environments, which has shaped my desire to support clients facing complex challenges with compassion and steadiness. My goal is to help clients feel supported as they build insight, resilience, and a life aligned with their values.

I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey and support you as you move toward the life you want to create.
